Frequently asked questions
My therapeutic approach is founded on a deep respect for the power of safe relationships, which includes an emphasis on attachment, psychodynamic, and humanistic theories. I use a blend of approaches to tailor to individual client needs and am trained in trauma-informed care, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to target adverse experiences across the lifespan that may be affecting a client's well being.
I offer therapy both online and in person, at my office located in Santa Rosa, California.
My fee is $175 for a 50-minute individual session. I accept Medi-Cal insurance through Partnership Health Plan and offer a sliding scale whenever possible. I can also provide Super Bills to you as needed for reimbursement through your insurance plan.

I am also focused on providing neurodivergent affirming therapy and am in ongoing training to support my own learning and development as a neurodivergent provider. I speak Spanish and have a history of serving Latinx communities, including advocating on behalf of immigrant individuals and families. I participate in ongoing diversity training and hold the social and political stress that marginalized populations experience as central to my lens in providing care for the whole person.
